o spice up the look for an evening out, we ditched the blazer discount bcbg and scarf and unbuttoned the shirt to reveal a sequined camisole beneath. We traded the mules for strappy silver sandals. We accessorized with a chunky belt and sparkly earrings.

“We wanted stuff that was really functional—that felt good when you’re doing yoga,” says Rasiwala-Finn, adding, “but also streetwise.”

Our office look includes the white shirt, a black blazer and a matching pencil skirt. We accesorized with a colorful wrap-around scarf and a peridot necklace. Simple black mules completed the look.
The competition is getting fierce for those of us participating in the "Jane By Design" challenge.
For the fifth round our instructions were to take a white button-down shirt and use accessories from our own collection to show how we would style the shirt for a day at the office. Then we had to change the look entirely and style the same shirt for a dressy cocktail party.
